সম্পদের হিসাব দিতে আরও এক মাস সময় পাবেন সরকারি কর্মচারীরা। চলতি বছরের সম্পদ বিবরণী ৩০ নভেম্বরের মধ্যে জমা দেওয়ার কথা থাকলেও আগামী ৩১ ডিসেম্বর পর্যন্ত তা জমা দেওয়া যাবে বলে জানিয়েছেন জনপ্রশাসন মন্ত্রণালয়ের সিনিয়র সচিব মো. মোখলেস উর রহমান।রোববার (২৪ নভেম্বর) সচিবালয়ে এক সংবাদ সম্মেলনে সিনিয়র সচিব এ কথা জানান।সরকারি কর্মচারীদের সম্পদ বিবরণী জমা দেওয়ার সময় এক মাস বাড়ানো হচ্ছে। আমরা এ বিষয়ে সার্কুলার ইস্যু করবো বলেন সিনিয়র সচিব।
মোখলেস উর রহমান বলেন, গত ১৬ বছরে কেউ সম্পদের হিসাব বিবরণী জমা দেয়নি। কিভাবে এটা জমা দিতে হবে তা অনেকেই বুঝতে পারছেন না। এ জন্য সময় ৩১ ডিসেম্বর পর্যন্ত বাড়ানো হবে।সরকারি কর্মচারীদের প্রতিবছর ৩১ ডিসেম্বরের মধ্যে সম্পদের হিসাব বিবরণী জমা দেওয়া বাধ্যতামূলক করা হয়েছে। তবে চলতি বছরের সম্পদের হিসাব বিবরণী ৩০ নভেম্বরের মধ্যে জমা দেওয়ার নির্দেশনা দিয়েছিল জনপ্রশাসন মন্ত্রণালয়।
