যুক্তরাষ্ট্রসহ বেশ কিছু দেশের মুদ্রা ও শেয়ারবাজারে চাঙাভাব থাকলেও পতন দেখা যাচ্ছে চীনে।
বুধবার (৬ নভেম্বর) চীনের মুদ্রা ইউয়ান ও শেয়ারবজারে বড় পতন দেখা গেছে। কারণ ট্রাম্প হোয়াইট হাউজে ফিরলে চীনের সঙ্গে বাণিজ্য যুদ্ধ আরও প্রকট আকার ধারণ করতে পারে বলে আশঙ্কা করা হচ্ছে। যা ট্রাম্পের প্রথম আমলে শুরু হয়েছিল।
চীনের ব্লু-চিপ সিএসআই৩০০ সূচক কমেছে শূন্য দশমিক পাঁচ শতাংশ। একই সঙ্গে হংকংয়ের বেঞ্চমার্ক হ্যান সেং এর সূচক কমেছে ২ দশমিক ৩ শতাংশ।
তাছাড়া হ্যানসেং চায়না এন্টারপ্রাইজের সূচক কমেছে ২ দশমিক ৬ শতাংশ। পতন হয়েছে আলীবাবার শেয়ার দরেও।
অফশোর ইউয়ানের দাম কমেছে এক শতাংশের বেশি ও অনশোরের দাম কমেছে শূন্য দশমিক ৮ শতাংশ।
তবে ট্রাম্পের এমন জয়জয়কার অবস্থার মধ্যেই মার্কিন ডলারের মূল্য বেড়ে গেছে। শুধু ডলার নয়, দাম বেড়েছ বিটকয়েনেরও।
বিভিন্ন দেশের মুদ্রার বিপরীতে ডলারের দাম এক দশমিক ৫ শতাংশ। এর মধ্যে রয়েছে পাউন্ড, ইউরো ও জাপানের ইয়েন।
